I was flattered last Christmas to be asked by Allure South Sea Pearls if they could use my Mud Crab as the feature on their 2019 Christmas card. The idea was to keep it Broome themed and what is more "Broome" than a big bowl Chilli Mud Crab. Bill Reed the owner and (Broome legend) has a special recipe which he thought would be a great gift to share with his clients. I thought this was a wonderful take the traditional Christmas card.
